This is a contract position for a period of 12 months.

Reporting to the Director, HR Strategy & Innovation, you will help partner with HR and Business leaders to architect human capital data foundations that uncover powerful workforce insights, translate complex workforce challenges into business outcomes, and shape the future of talent through meaningful analytics and story telling.

As the organization’s primary advisor on workforce analytics, you will shape the analytics roadmap and identifying high-impact opportunities. This role blends advanced analytics capability with technical data engineering to produce scalable, secure, and intelligent data ecosystems that enable predictive, real-time, and human capital workforce insights and organizational accountability.
