People Analytics & Data Reporting Lead

Cohere Inc. is seeking a People Operations Manager to own our people data and the reporting built on top of it, alongside a slice of the operational work that generates it.

This role will own headcount, attrition and cost reporting, define what metrics mean, and manage benefits administration end to end. You will influence data structure during a Rippling implementation and drive self-serve analytics.
