People Analytics & Power BI Leader

Carter Jonas is seeking a strategic, data-driven People Systems and Data Insights Manager based in the Peterborough Office on a hybrid basis. The role leads the People data architecture, evolves Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, and governs data quality to drive HR reporting, analytics and workforce planning.

The role collaborates with senior stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, shaping the firm’s People analytics roadmap and
