People Business Partner (Fully Remote)

• Act as a strategic partner to people managers, coaching them through performance conversations, team dynamics, and day-to-day leadership challenges.
• Own performance management end-to-end and evolve our review strategy as the company grows.
• Lead compensation strategy, analyze market data, administer merit and bonus cycles, and partner with finance on commission plans.

About You:

• 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven experience owning compensation administration and evolving comp strategy.
• Proven experience designing and evolving performance management methodology and conducting investigations independently.
