In this role you drive and coordinate people change and deployment across Retail, Digital and Logistics to support transformational projects. You’ll work with transformation teams and senior stakeholders to assess impact, shape deployment approaches and ensure sustainable delivery in frontline environments. You operate in a matrix leadership model, coaching and supporting deployment Executives to align with capacity and business outcomes. This is a fast-moving, multi-channel context where you help the business adopt changes and unlock potential.

- Lead and coordinate planning and deployment of people change and products across the portfolio
- Prioritise, sequence and align change initiatives with operational capacity and outcomes
- Facilitate smooth transition of change in frontline environments
- Collaborate with transformation teams, the People function and senior stakeholders
- Assess people impact, shape deployment approaches and drive high-quality, sustainable deployment through coaching and support to Deployment Executives
- Demonstrable experience as a People/HR Business Partner delivering change in complex frontline environments
- Ability to lead end-to-end people change deployment and translate impact into deployment plans
- Capability to coordinate multiple concurrent change initiatives, manage dependencies and risks
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Logistics and People functions
- Ability to interpret workforce data and use planning, reporting or analytics tools
