People Data Reporting Manager

Overview
In this role you will translate people data into actionable insights to support P&C decisions. You’ll collaborate with People & Culture and the Data Office to deliver fast, reliable reporting and compelling narrative for leadership. You shape what good people reporting looks like and help tell a clear story at board level. The role blends hands-on data work with strategic input, underpinned by governance and data quality.

- Act as P&C's primary point of contact for ad-hoc reporting and data queries
- Interpret and adapt Power BI dashboards to answer specific questions
- Translate data into decision-ready narratives for leadership
- Collaborate with the People Data Analyst and Data Office on data/model changes
- Escalate data requirements and quality issues to the Data Office
- Apply data classification and access control standards per Data Office guidelines
- Build stakeholder confidence through clear, consistent narrative and governance alignment
- Strong working knowledge of HR data and metrics (workforce, talent, reward, engagement, DEI)
- Confident user of Power BI and dashboards, able to present from existing reports
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple ad-hoc requests and prioritise under BAU pressure
