Overview

In this hybrid Peterborough role, you lead the People analytics, HRMI strategy and data architecture to enable insight-driven decisions. You own and evolve reporting platforms (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric) and govern data quality, delivering scalable dashboards and self-serve analytics for leadership. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations and support Vision 2030 objectives. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the People Analytics and HRMI strategy aligned to business objectives and Vision 2030
  • Act as SME for workforce analytics, providing insight-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Create a roadmap for developing People analytics, Power BI reporting and Microsoft Fabric solutions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and predictive analytics within People Operations
  • Own design, development and governance of enterprise-level HR dashboards and scalable Power BI dashboards for self-service reporting
  • Define and implement HR data governance standards, controls and quality assurance processes
  • Establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks for data accuracy and reporting effectiveness
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and manage competing priorities
  • Translate complex workforce data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
  • Present workforce trends, metrics and strategic analysis to Management Board and leadership teams
Key requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, complex modelling)
  • Advanced Power BI development experience
  • Experience building and maintaining Microsoft Fabric environments
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling and governance (GDPR, sensitive People Data)
  • Proven ability to create strategic dashboards and executive-level reporting for strategic HR agendas
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
