Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to drive digital transformation, workforce intelligence and continuous improvement across the College. You will lead the HRIS (iTrent) administration, data governance and reporting to enable better decision-making and employee experience.

You will collaborate with People Services, Payroll, Finance and MIS, delivering training and automation to optimise processes and workforce data accuracy, security and accessibility.
