People Technology & Data Leader - Hybrid/Remote

Metro Bank plc is seeking a People Technology and Data Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of people technology projects and AI transformation. You will configure and govern Workday, deliver reporting and dashboards to improve colleague experience, and guide junior analysts.

You will collaborate with business SMEs and technical partners, translate requirements into technical needs, and drive automation while maintaining governance and risk compliance within enterprise AI standards.
