People Technology & Workforce Analytics Lead

Salford Council is seeking a People Technology and Information Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, information and digital tools across the organisation. You will work with HR, payroll, Finance, Digital and Data teams to improve processes and drive workforce insight.

The role focuses on shaping the roadmap for the People Technology platform, expanding self-service capabilities, and enhancing analytics and reporting to support informed decision-making for a
