People Transformation Architect – Compensation

Boots UK is driving an HR Transformation journey to modernise technology and simplify access to information for colleagues across the business. This 18-month fixed-term contract role sits within the Compensation workstream, designing future state processes and collaborating with the People Transformation programme to deliver efficient outcomes.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, input into change impacts, and support process design workshops to ensure alignment with
