Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact for PeopleSoft Payroll incidents • Lead payroll application updates, migrations, and maintenance • Support payroll processing and related integrations • Collaborate with business analysts for effective issue resolutions • Direct payroll support team ensuring quality service
Requirements: • Over 7 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM applications, primarily Payroll • Technical leadership background in payroll application support • Strong understanding of payroll processes and GL integration • Proven skills in managing escalation and incident resolution • Must be based in Canada and eligible for security clearance
