Performance Analyst

In this role you will support investment performance measurement and analysis initiatives to ensure accurate, timely performance data for clients, marketing materials, investment professionals, and management. You will collect, reconcile, and analyze portfolio and benchmark data, and develop attribution reports that support investment management and client reporting. You will communicate performance questions clearly and participate in projects to automate reports and improve data integrity. • Collect and update performance information (portfolio and benchmark data)
• Reconcile and analyze returns to identify and resolve issues
• Produce and distribute performance measurement and attribution reports
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for investment management, sales, and client reporting
• Interpret and communicate performance questions to clients, marketing, investment professionals and management
• Participate in projects to automate report solutions and other departmental initiatives

• Education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Experience in investment management or financial services
• Strong numerical and written communication skills
• Critical thinker with problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access
