In this role you will support Ryanair's Flight Operations Performance team by managing aircraft performance data, route analyses, and weight documentation to enable efficient fleet operations. You will work closely with cross-functional groups including Aircraft Performance, EFB Maintenance, and Weight & Balance to ensure accurate data and timely analyses. The role focuses on applying performance software, auditing third-party data, and contributing to flight operation improvements. This position offers a dynamic environment at London Stansted with a clear impact on fleet efficiency and safety, supporting Ryanair’s growth ambitions.

- Create electronic and backup Aircraft Performance data using Boeing performance software
- Support airfield categorisation and conduct airport evaluations as needed
- Perform payload/range analyses for new routes and assess infrastructure downgrade impacts
- Assist in maintaining the Fleet Weight program and publish aircraft weight documentation
- Audit data provided by third-party vendors for performance software
- Assess operational impact of revisions to aeronautical charts and navigation/avionics databases
- Provide and maintain accurate data in Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar field
- Relevant experience in a similar role or university-based experience
