Overview

In this role you drive performance assurance across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You design and execute load, stress, and volume tests and work with development and architecture teams to ensure scalable, resilient applications. You monitor performance with industry tools and embed testing into CI/CD pipelines. This is a collaborative, transformation‑driven position with opportunities to influence large‑scale digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement performance testing strategies and plans
  • Execute load, stress, endurance, and volume tests
  • Analyze results and recommend performance improvements
  • Monitor applications using Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, and Dynatrace
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to resolve performance issues
Key requirements
  • Proven experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Eggplant Performance)
  • Experience testing cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and non‑functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
