Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

  • We are looking for experienced Non Functional Test Engineers with demonstrable experience in Performance Testing and Non Functional Testing.
  • We require previous experience working as a performance tester/engineer.
  • We require experience developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts, ideally using Gatling, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
  • We require the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and manage time effectively.
  • We require good interpersonal skills and experience working with client teams or third parties.
  • We require excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with team members and clients.
  • Experience in other areas of NFT such as Accessibility, Compatibility, Usability, and Disaster Recovery would be beneficial.
  • We will not consider candidates without demonstrable performance testing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • We work on a variety of performance testing projects covering API, Front End, and UI-based performance testing.
  • We gather performance test requirements through project and client engagement meetings and review NFRs.
  • We develop performance test scripts.
  • We execute and report on performance tests to technical and business stakeholders.
  • We highlight any performance test failures against NFRs.
  • We carry out performance testing against Azure infrastructure.
  • We carry out performance test analysis.
  • We analyse NFRs to ensure they are clear and testable.
  • We ensure issues and risks are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
