Performance Tester Kubernetes AWS

Investigate complex performance issues across cloud applications as a hands-on Performance Tester working remotely within Tecsys’s digital-first environment.

You will support Tecsys Elite, an enterprise supply chain platform serving warehouse, healthcare, hospital, and pharmacy operations. This role requires performance testing expertise, root-cause analysis, and practical knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Java/JVM, and PostgreSQL. You will independently guide unexplained issues from investigation through verified fixes while collaborating directly with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests
• Build realistic workload models and detailed performance test plans
• Investigate Kubernetes, AWS, JVM, logs, and PostgreSQL issues
• Maintain JMeter tests and Playwright UI validations
• Analyze metrics, autoscaling, queries, locks, and indexing

Requirements:

• Five or more years of performance engineering experience
• Recent cloud and Kubernetes application testing experience
• Strong hands-on JMeter experience
• Experience with Playwright and Datadog monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of AWS, Linux, Git, Python, and PostgreSQL
