Perinatal QA Lead: Data-Driven Risk & Board Reporting

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Perinatal Quality Assurance Lead to establish and lead a dedicated perinatal assurance function across the Trust. The role will deliver an intelligence-led approach to assurance, providing clarity from frontline care through to Board-level oversight.

You will develop and coordinate Perinatal assurance reporting, triangulate data across incidents, workforce, performance and audit, and support Board reporting with precise, actionable
