At TD Canada Trust, the Personal Banker Trainee builds customer relationships through financial reviews, personalized advice, and service transactions. You will explore investment and credit banking solutions, address concerns, and support customer loyalty. The role also includes training, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with frontline staff and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
• Ask financial questions and deepen customer relationships
• Provide personalized advice and answer customer concerns

Requirements:

• High school diploma or one year relevant experience
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent
• Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
• Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
