Personal Banking Associate Cap Rouge

Serve TD customers in Cap Rouge through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education while supporting a 37.5-hour workweek.

As a Personal Banking Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will address day-to-day banking needs and customer problems. You will explain mobile, ATM, and online banking while guiding customers toward appropriate solutions. The position also supports branch operations, documentation, and process completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Use MS Office, branch software, and internet confidently
• Understand banking solutions and processes
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer experience skills
