This Personal Banking Associate role serves customers with financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will build relationships, identify needs, and guide customers to appropriate staff or internal partners. The position requires sound judgment with confidential matters and strong customer experience skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
• Know banking solutions and processes for customer advice
• Communicate courteously with customers and related teams
