Personal Banking Associate Edmonton

Support Edmonton customers through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.

This branch-based Personal Banking Associate position serves customers within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will address banking needs, guide customers toward appropriate solutions, and build lasting relationships through clear communication and sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day advice needs and service transactions
• Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Guide customers to appropriate contacts and solutions
• Complete business processes and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong customer experience, communication, and organizational skills
