Serve TD customers in Montréal as a Personal Banking Associate, using customer service and financial guidance skills at the branch.

This Personal Banking Associate role supports TD Canada Trust customers with banking needs and service transactions. You will provide advice, explain banking solutions, and guide customers to appropriate staff or partners. The position requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
• Understand needs and guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Complete business processes and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within six months
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
