Personal Banking Associate Montréal

Serve Montréal customers through personal banking advice, service transactions, and digital education at a TD Canada Trust branch.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing banking needs and guiding customers toward appropriate solutions. You will support frontline staff, resolve customer problems, and maintain accurate documentation. The position requires customer experience skills, banking knowledge, and proficiency with branch software and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
• Understand needs and guide customers to appropriate contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete business processes and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet proficiency
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
