Support Montréal customers with banking advice and digital education as a part-time Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.

This Personal Banking Associate role serves Le Plateau-Mont-Royal customers through service transactions, banking solutions, and problem resolution. You will understand customer needs, guide them to appropriate contacts, and explain mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position also supports frontline staff and branch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate business processes and documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, and customer experience skills
