Support customers with banking solutions and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust in Montréal, Québec. This onsite role offers part-time hours.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will handle customer service transactions, understand financial needs, and guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions. You will support branch operations while building customer confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position serves TD's Personal and Commercial Banking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills
