As a Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers toward suitable staff, banking solutions, and financial services. You will address new accounts, investment advice, and banking needs while supporting frontline operations. The position requires careful judgment with confidential matters, strong communication, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Report non-standard matters to management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
