Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
