Support TD Canada Trust customers in Saint-Hubert with banking advice, digital education, and accurate service transactions at the branch.

This Personal Banking Associate role serves customers with financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will understand needs, guide customers to appropriate contacts, and help deliver positive customer experiences. The position also supports frontline operations and branch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus year relevant experience
• Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
