Personal Banking Associate Toronto

Support Toronto customers with banking advice, digital education, and service transactions as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.

This trainee position serves TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business at the frontline. You will understand customer needs, resolve banking problems, and guide customers toward appropriate solutions. The role also supports branch operations, documentation, and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Guide customers to appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete business processes and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
