Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build customer relationships in Red Deer as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using banking advice and digital education skills. This branch role includes 37.5 hours.

At TD Canada Trust, you will support customers with financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. The trainee position develops customer service, transaction, documentation, and problem-resolution capabilities. You will guide customers to appropriate staff and support frontline operations while learning branch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Report non-standard matters and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
• Understand banking solutions and processes
• Communicate courteously with customers and related teams
