Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Serve TD Canada Trust customers in North York while developing banking advice and customer experience skills through structured training. Work 37.5 hours weekly.

As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support frontline branch service within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will complete customer transactions, provide information about banking products and solutions, and identify opportunities for referrals. The training program supports your development before assignment within the Assigned District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete customer service transactions accurately and promptly
• Provide information and advice on banking products and services
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate internal partners
• Complete business processes and procedures accurately
• Promote team effectiveness and share industry knowledge

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Strong customer experience, communication, and organizational skills
• Mobility within the Assigned District and assigned region
