Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build banking expertise with TD as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee in Richmond Hill, using customer communication and administrative skills.

This trainee position supports TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business through accurate processes, documentation, and customer guidance. You will develop banking knowledge while contributing to operational excellence, team effectiveness, and shared objectives. The role requires mobility within the assigned district and region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete business processes and procedures accurately and promptly
• Prepare documentation reflecting business intentions and regulations
• Apply TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics
• Promote team effectiveness and share industry knowledge
• Participate in personal performance development

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Use MS Office, branch software, and internet tools
• Advise customers using banking solutions and process knowledge
• Maintain mobility within the assigned district and region
