Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build customer relationships in Edmonton as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using banking solutions, digital education, and problem resolution skills.

At TD Canada Trust, this trainee role supports Personal & Commercial Banking within a branch environment. You will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions, support transactions, and provide information and advice. Training prepares you to serve customers while developing banking knowledge and operational judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, service transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate business processes and documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
