Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build banking expertise with TD Canada Trust in Fort McMurray, Alberta, using customer service and financial product knowledge. This trainee position includes regional mobility.

As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support frontline branch service within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will complete customer transactions, provide information about banking solutions, and identify opportunities for appropriate referrals. Training and onboarding support the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete customer service transactions accurately and promptly
• Provide information and advice on banking products
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to appropriate partners
• Complete business processes and procedures accurately
• Prepare documentation consistent with regulations and TD ethics

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Obtain IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, branch software, and internet
• Communicate courteously with customers and related teams
• Remain mobile within the assigned district

Use customer experience, banking solutions knowledge, and accurate administration to serve TD Canada Trust clients in Fort McMurray.
