Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Support customers with banking advice and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee in Owen Sound, Ontario, at TD Canada Trust.

This trainee role serves branch customers through transactions, problem resolution, and guidance toward suitable banking solutions. You will build relationships, explain mobile, ATM, and online banking, and refer customers to appropriate staff. The position also supports frontline operations, documentation, and regulatory consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Complete business processes and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Mobility within the assigned district after training
