Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build customer relationships in Richmond with TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using service and financial guidance skills daily.

This trainee position supports Personal & Commercial Banking at a TD branch office. You will address banking needs, guide customers toward appropriate solutions, and provide digital education. The work includes customer service transactions, problem resolution, confidential judgment, and referrals to staff or internal Bank partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate processes and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Mobility within the assigned district and region
