Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build customer relationships with TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee in Scarborough, Ontario, using banking knowledge and customer experience skills.

This trainee position supports Personal & Commercial Banking through branch transactions, customer advice, and operational excellence. You will help identify needs, explain banking solutions, and refer customers to appropriate partners. The role requires accurate documentation, strong communication, and effective administration while supporting changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete business processes and procedures accurately and on time
• Prepare documentation consistent with regulations and TD’s Code
• Provide information and advice on banking products and solutions
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate internal partners
• Support team effectiveness and share industry knowledge

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year of relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
