Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Build customer relationships and banking knowledge as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee with TD Canada Trust in Kitchener, Ontario. Work 37.5 hours weekly.

This trainee role supports customers with financial needs, service transactions, digital education, and banking solutions. You will guide customers to appropriate staff for new accounts, investment advice, and other needs. The position also supports branch operations, documentation, and customer problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address day-to-day banking advice and service transaction needs
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Complete business processes and accurate regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills
