Personal Banking Associate Trainee Edmonton

Build customer relationships in Edmonton as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using banking knowledge and digital education skills at TD Canada Trust.

This trainee role supports Personal and Commercial Banking through customer service transactions, financial guidance, and banking solutions. You will understand customer needs, resolve problems, and direct clients to appropriate staff for accounts, investments, and other services. Training and onboarding are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, education, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus year relevant experience
• Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet confidently
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
