Personal Banking Associate Trainee Farsi

Serve Richmond Hill customers as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee with TD, using customer service and banking knowledge onsite full time.

At TD Canada Trust, this trainee role builds customer relationships through transactions, information, advice, and referrals. You will support operational excellence, accurate processes, compliant documentation, and positive customer experiences. Farsi language preference is noted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete customer service transactions accurately and promptly
• Provide information and advice on banking products
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to appropriate partners
• Complete business processes and procedures accurately
• Support team effectiveness and share industry knowledge

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and customer advising processes
• Mobility within the Assigned District and assigned region
