As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will address day-to-day advice needs and customer banking queries. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff, support branch transactions, and educate them about mobile, ATM, and online banking. The work requires sound judgement with confidential matters.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
