Personal Banking Associate Trainee Whitby

Serve Whitby customers onsite as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using banking advice and digital education to address everyday financial needs.

At TD Canada Trust, this trainee position supports frontline customer relationships and branch banking solutions. You will guide customers toward appropriate contacts for new accounts, investment advice, and banking needs. The role combines service transactions, problem resolution, documentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete branch processes and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
