Serve Winnipeg customers through banking advice, digital education, and service transactions as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.

This branch-based Personal Banking Associate role supports customers with accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will understand needs, guide customers to appropriate contacts, and help resolve financial queries. The position also supports frontline operations while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
