Manage Personal Banking initiatives in Toronto with strong project planning and stakeholder coordination skills in a hybrid environment. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Project Manager for the financial industry. The position independently manages projects from planning through execution within a structured project environment. Success requires clear communication, organization, analysis, problem-solving, and dependable delivery ownership. Key Responsibilities:

Manage Personal Banking projects and initiatives from planning through execution Define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, and issues Coordinate business and functional stakeholders for timely delivery Identify barriers and provide clear project status updates Requirements:

Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiatives Experience within a PMO or structured project environment Strong project status reporting and update preparation experience Comfort working independently without significant day-to-day direction Banking or financial services experience is an asset Bring project ownership, stakeholder communication, and structured planning skills to Personal Banking delivery in Toronto's hybrid financial environment.
