As a Personal Financial Services Manager at TD, you will provide complex product guidance and customer recommendations. You will use customer discovery, financial reviews, and local market knowledge to meet needs. The role also includes escalation support, sales expertise, risk management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on personal and business banking products
• Conduct financial reviews and recommend suitable solutions
• Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
• Support frontline colleagues with transactions and escalations
• Attract, acquire, and retain customers and referrals

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or relevant education
• One or more years of relevant experience
• IFIC or CSC certification
• Complete CFSA upon hire
• Meet applicable CIRO registration requirements when required
