PFI Technical Services Lead – M&E & Facilities

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a seasoned PFI Technical Services Manager to lead hard services across a PFI portfolio. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, BMS and fabric maintenance, driving compliance, performance, and lifecycle planning.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure audit-ready records, and coordinate with SPV, funders and client reps on reporting and unitary charge implications. Health and safety leadership under CDM is essential.
