PGIM Product | Associate, Product Data & Analytics

In this role you will act as a subject matter expert for product data and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across internal and external platforms. You will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations and the RFP team to gather information, resolve data issues, and deliver timely reporting. You will handle ad-hoc data requests spanning assets, staffing, performance and characteristics, while supporting automation and improved processes. You will work with cross-functional teams across locations to support business development and client servicing, contributing to PGIM’s data-driven approach.

• Collect and provide data to support Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations and Client Managers for business development
• Collaborate with the RFP team to complete data sections in RFPs, including quick-turnaround requests
• Retrieve data from data stores and warehouse, format for client-facing and compliant reporting
• Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress and issues for ad-hoc data projects
• Provide product advice and information across company areas
• Manage multiple large-scale cross-department projects
• Support consultant database management and drive process improvements via automation and reporting
• Support competitive analysis and product-related research

• Significant experience in product, business development, client management or operations within asset/wealth management, consulting or investment banking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong execution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred)
