Pharma AI Program Manager

Lead pharma AI programs remotely across Canada or the United States using client-facing project management and daily AI tools. Flexible hours support collaboration during North American business time.

IntuitionLabs seeks a Project Manager with three to seven years in life sciences client work. You will support biotech and pharmaceutical clients across research, regulatory, clinical, quality, and business teams. The work combines meeting leadership, timelines, action logs, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client meeting agendas, open items, and background
• Own follow-up emails, owners, due dates, and action closure
• Schedule workshops, working sessions, and expert calls
• Maintain monthly plans, deliverables, scorecards, and status updates
• Run client working sessions when the founder is unavailable

Requirements:

• Science degree and three to seven years’ life sciences experience
• Client-facing experience in clinical projects, consulting, or pharmaceutical PMO
• Track record managing meetings, timelines, and action logs
• Flawless spoken and written English with senior stakeholder presence
• Daily AI tool use and North American business-hour availability
