Pharmacovigilance Associate - Hybrid QA & AE Specialist

Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate based in Markham, ON. The role is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement (in-office 2–3 days/week). You will manage adverse events, ensure GxP regulatory compliance, and support QMS activities within the QA & PV department.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PV, familiarity with Health Canada regulations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases. Bilingual English/French is an asset.
